First month as General Manager at L'Oréal after 9 years of continuous hard working. Then: lockdown. Teams scattered. Business collapsing. Traditional leadership, command, control, fake confidence, wasn't working. That's when I discovered coaching. I started my ICF certification during the crisis. What helped me survive transformed my team's performance. We achieved double-digit growth during COVID. Built an online channel from scratch to major revenue contributor in 18 months. I realized: this wasn't a crisis hack. This was how to lead. Then i moved to another organization, led a team 500+ who faced serious business impact post Covid. And as a team, we made an amazing turnaround: double digit grow, positive EBITDA, improved productivity. Coaching-driven leadership helped me navigate through challenges and uncertainties, and helped me to support the team to the next levels and be the better versions of themselves. Then I left. Became coach and consultant for 2 years. Coached 50+ executives of SMEs in Vietnam. Proved the framework coaching-driven leadership works. But I missed the arena. Coaching from the sidelines vs. proving it works while carrying P&L responsibility? Not the same. So I came back—as General Director at Paula's Choice Vietnam (Unilever Prestige). Not because I needed to, but to demonstrate coaching-driven leadership at scale, in real-time. Beyond boardroom: Certified Pilates Instructor. Mom of 2 beautiful girls.
