Delivered successfully for the MEK Upselling Project in Q3,Q4 2023, which delivered Power BI dashboard for the MEK Area to motivate upselling (increased 265% GP compared to H1 2023 & achieved REV $1,523,784).

Built up successful talent for 1 member of the import team to be LEAD - Leadership Exploration And Development (Management Trainee) 2023. 4. Led members to gain 1 SPOT award for Mar 2023 for process improvement, "Onboarding Package to Import Customers." Conducted Smart Inland Delivery Sharing for 10 import team members and followed up to increase trucking & CHB win rates from 1% to 4.5% per month. 5.
