      As the Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs specialist of the distribution centre of Fagron Belgium I have a very versatile job. I handle all possible quality related problems from our clients at a distribution center. For our pharmacy-clients: I submit the authorisations for raw materials, biocides PT1, cosmetics (together with our manufacturers), distribution of medical devices, and a small amount of medicines. I am also in charge of the correct distribution of anesthesia, psychotropics, precursors and special regulated raw materials. I update these authorisations with all possible variations and file the monthly registers with the local competent authorities. I release the raw materials and pre-evaluate the medicines for the belgian market. I provide the correct information for the labels for our products. I implement the GDP-rules within our company and manage the pharmacovigilance system for 3 medicines. For our industry-clients: I complete questionnaires and provide the correct regulatory documents needed. I do pre-evaluations on paper of manufacturers for our sales department.
