As a Training Coordinator I am responsible for a wide range of activities. General Office Management and organization of events and formations at the Training Center. Support and follow-up of internal trainers and search and attract high quality external trainers for specific courses and formations. Follow-up of training profiles of all workers in close collaboration with HR department. Analyze and support training needs in collaboration with each Area Manager to optimize people development. Use input of all areas to establish yearly training plan. Compose, submit and follow-up of subsidy files according to current legislation (Belgian and European). Write, follow-up and review of procedures regarding training. Internal audits regarding general course of events and processes at the Training Center.
As Junior Associate in consultancy agency I work as a deputy Responsible Pharmacist for several companies. I assure the implementation and maintenance of the quality system in line with the EU GDP Guidelines and Belgian legislation. The administrative release of medicinal products and medical devices. As the Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs specialist of the distribution centre of Fagron Belgium I have a very versatile job. I handle all possible quality related problems from our clients at a distribution center. For our pharmacy-clients: I submit the authorisations for raw materials, biocides PT1, cosmetics (together with our manufacturers), distribution of medical devices, and a small amount of medicines. I am also in charge of the correct distribution of anesthesia, psychotropics, precursors and special regulated raw materials. I update these authorisations with all possible variations and file the monthly registers with the local competent authorities. I release the raw materials and pre-evaluate the medicines for the belgian market. I provide the correct information for the labels for our products. I implement the GDP-rules within our company and manage the pharmacovigilance system for 3 medicines. For our industry-clients: I complete questionnaires and provide the correct regulatory documents needed. I do pre-evaluations on paper of manufacturers for our sales department.
As a quality Assurance Officer at a pharmaceutical distribution center I am in charge of all the authorizations and registrations needed for raw materials, cosmetics, biocides, medical devices and medicines with our local authorities. I also support the quality-system in our warehouse and answer any quality related questions regarding our products. I also assist the acquisition department in quality related questions on manufacturers. And last but not least I support the pharmacovigilance system for our medicines.
