Exclusively responsible for overseeing all architectural drawings and operational aspects of the dynamic firm. Led collaboration efforts with clients, designers, MEP consultants, vendors, and direct reports. Ensured deadlines were met in advance, reviewed deliverables for quality assurance/quality control, and created financial and contractual documents.
