As a Development Director, I spearhead strategic initiatives to drive fundraising efforts and secure necessary resources for ICAN. Additionally I work with our Executive Director on Developing new programs, initiatives, buildings, and more to expand ICAN's impact in the community.
Oversee all the programs and services that ICAN provides to the local community including, but not limited to our Supported Employment Program, 4 Partial Work Day Programs, and Marketplace Opportunities. Building new long term organization goals and program avenues to grow our services to the community. Work with development staff to fundraise and market our programs.
