Management of Part 213 LUST Sites funded through the Michigan Underground Storage Tank Authority (MUSTA) cleanup fund. Responsible for planning and implementing site investigations, evaluating data, preparing reports required under Act 451 Part 213, and coordination between project field staff, contractors, and regulators.
Responsible for the scheduling and coordination of all field events for 65+ Part 213 LUST sites. Management of several Part 213 LUST sites.
Conducted extensive field work related to the environmental investigation of numerous Part 201 and Part 213 facilities. Experience with site reconnaissance, Phase II subsurface investigations, product piping/UST removal Site assessments, drilling/soil delineation and well installation, sub-slab vapor pin installation, low flow groundwater sampling, soil gas and indoor air sampling, excavation oversight, and verification of soil removal sampling. Assisted with data management and evaluation and reporting (Phase I & Phase II ESAs, BEAs, Site Assessment Reports, IARs, FARs, and Closure Reports).
Assisted professors with day to day instruction of various geology courses. Responsibilities include grading papers, creating and maintaining organized grade records through Microsoft Excel or by submitting grades online, holding office hours, and tutoring students in geology courses outside of class time.
