I’ve built and led high-performing teams across Talent Acquisition, and People & Culture Operations and now a broader Talent team. I have a deep interest and focus on driving customer and business performance through our people and talent agenda, and trying to unlock future potential from our workforce. At Greene King I lead the Group-wide Talent Centre of Expertise, overseeing the end-to-end talent strategy: how we hire, move, and retain talent across a 39,000-strong workforce. This includes leadership of Talent Performance, Talent Attraction/Employer Branding, Talent Operations, and Talent Partnering teams—with a growing focus on skills, mobility, workforce planning, and next-gen hiring strategies. My key achievements include delivering a £2M TA transformation programme, embedding Smart Recruiters, launching our award-winning talent attraction and branding capability, and pioneering skills-based hiring in pubs hospitality. I’ve also led the design of future talent programmes, built exec search capability, and contributed to succession planning and workforce change across other global brands. Outside of work, I’m a working mum and wife (with a healthy dose of campervan trips to escape). 📌 Led Talent Acquisition & People Culture HUB team for the UK’s leading pubs hospitality and brewer, currently managing attraction, operational excellence, high-volume hourly paid hiring, exec search, corporate hiring, and additional Coordination HUB team for a 39,000-strong workforce. 📌 Implemented Smart Recruiters, delivering £2M in savings, increasing efficiency, and embedding data-driven hiring. 📌 Transformed employer brand and introduced new capability in Talent Attraction, leading to multiple industry awards recognising the team's efforts. 📌 Embedded Hiring Inclusively program including expanding I&D partners, training, and industry-first podcast showcasing our culture and I&D careers page, resulting in a 68% increase in diverse applications. 📌 Co-created and supported the launch of ‘Careers at Greene King’, improving internal career progression. 📌 Championed skills-based hiring, leading an industry-first pilot in pubs hospitality, revolutionising selection processes so we can hire candidates aligned to our customer service foundations.
