I am an operations leader, executive partner, and AI systems builder with 10 plus years of experience supporting C- suite leaders and building the infrastructure that lets high growth organizations move faster. I started my career as Executive Assistant to the CEO of Vivint, a $1 billion smart home technology company, and have since served as Business Director at an Inc. 5000 recognized eCommerce agency where I rebuilt financial operations from scratch, reduced accounts receivable by 58% over two quarters, migrated the company from manual payroll to Paylocity, implemented NetSuite across two business lines, built the employee handbook, and worked directly with the VC partners on financial reporting and governance. Most recently I designed and deployed a fully custom multi agent AI system, a Chief of Staff agent with specialized sub agents running 24 hours a day on a live cloud server. No engineering team. Designed and deployed a fully custom multi agent AI operating system from scratch — no technical co founder, no engineering team. Built a Chief of Staff agent using Claude and Claude Code, with specialized sub agents running autonomously 24 hours a day on a live cloud server. Each agent has a defined identity, operational scope, and brand specific memory. The system handles content creation, vendor communications, lead intake, and cross brand operational workflows without manual oversight. Tools and infrastructure: Claude, Claude Code, Python, Discord (agent interface), Warp (terminal and server management), GitHub (version control and agent memory vault), Ubuntu 24.04 VPS. This system was built to solve a real problem: running multiple brands simultaneously as a solo operator. The result is an autonomous operational layer that executes work, maintains brand standards, and frees human attention for the judgment intensive work that cannot be automated.
