Provide care for postpartum birthing people, such as lactation and infant feeding counseling, assessment and treatment of breast problems, nipple pain/trauma and infant feeding difficulties, in order to support new and growing families during a vulnerable and profound phase of life.

Participate in all aspects of ambulatory care including phone and in person assessment and triage, patient education, care coordination, and quality improvement. Work closely with physicians, and care team to manage the care of complex medical and surgical patients. Situated in the department of Otolaryngology and Rheumatology. Duties include: specialty cerumen removal under binocular microscopy, vertigo assessment, teaching, and repositioning maneuvers, pre and post-operative phone visits, phone triage, training float staff, and care coordination. Notable Achievements formal training in phone assessment and triage, wound care, pediatrics, and diabetes management. Trained two float staff RNs and a helped precept a full time RN in the Otolaryngology clinic.
