Developed expertise in the configuration of JDA WMS becoming a subject matter expert. Managed a team of configuration analysts assisting each member to develop their understanding of JDA WMS. Worked closely with the operation and IT teams to plan the implementation of JDA WMS across a number of depots. Involved in the implementation of two fully automated K-Line warehouses. Integrated the Warehouse management system (WMS) test scripts with the warehouse control system (WCS) test scripts to create complete end-to-end testing scenarios. Worked closely with PkMS (WMS) and Witron (WCS) to run the tests and raise and resolve issues. Responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining the safe working operating procedures for the Ergonomic Picking System (EPS). Key areas included, Order Allocation and Picking, Stock Control, Profiling of Products within the EPS, Damaged Product and Recoup procedures. On going support for operations at go-live, including the writing of training packages, ensuring colleagues understood the applications involved in the management of the EPS. Post implementation support focusing on the optimization of the automation and processes. This involved requesting changes to the systems or operations that will bring benefits to the business, investigating problems occurring within the EPS that affected journey completion and liaising with Witron to resolve outstanding issues.
