Acts as a liaison between sales, operations and the customer for assigned accounts to ensure the customer's processes and procedural requirements are implemented and that shipments are handled in accordance with established procedures, ISO operational compliance and specific customer requests. Maintained a consistent high level of customer service to both external and internal customers. Developed a high level of understanding of organizational's structure, inter-department relationships, regulatory compliance and company policies and procedures.
Trainee in sales, domestic, air and ocean exports, and air and ocean imports. After completion of training in each area completed and performed power-point presentations to executive management. Participated in team building exercises with other trainees from varies CEVA locations
