Customer focus included a wide array and covered all aspects of the selling and distribution chain. To include all major Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBMs), Managed Care Organizations (MCOs), Group Purchasing Organizations (GPOs), Specialty Pharmacy (SP), IDNs/Hospitals, Wholesale and Trade companies.
