In my concurrent roles as Director of Market Insights and Director of Brand at Bell, I lead the end-to-end process of brand-building. I guide one team to unearth the critical customer insights and the other to transform them into Canada's most resonant campaigns, including our "Connection is Everything" platform, Bell Let's Talk, and our Olympic partnership.
