I deliver full-spectrum IT services including hardware, software, network, security systems, and process improvements. I manage the IT Service Desk, resolving software, hardware, and account issues via Active Directory and Entra ID. I support remote and onsite users, install Microsoft 365 apps, and respond swiftly to system incidents to ensure uptime and smooth workflows. > I oversee security by managing MFA setups, onboarding/offboarding securely, and deploying biometric access control systems. I also help prevent phishing and monitor device vulnerabilities to keep data safe. > Network support includes VPN setup, LAN/Wi-Fi troubleshooting, IP printer configuration, and managing MS Teams telephony. Using infrastructure monitoring platforms to detect system downtimes or endpoint failures. > Hardware tasks cover installation and repairs of laptops, peripherals, and software tools like Java, AutoCAD, and Adobe Pro. > I maintain boardroom AV systems and assist with Teams/Zoom meetings to ensure smooth operations. > I track inventory, coordinate with vendors like Dell and AdvanceNet, and handle warranty claims and loan hardware logistics. > I provide user training, create documentation, and ensure excellent client support with a focus on clear communication. - My key skills: Microsoft 365 Admin, Network Troubleshooting, Infrastructure Monitoring, Hardware Lifecycle, Security Systems, Ticketing & SLA, Boardroom AV, Vendor Liaison, and Customer Service.
