• Provide technical support for all office equipment and network in both (Lodi and Stockton) offices. • Manage and maintain credentialing, certifications and contracts between physicians and insurances/hospitals and government entities • Maintenance of website and social media presence. • Design and create advertising material. • Coordinate and develop marketing events and promotions • Maintain doctors' credentialing and CAQH accounts up to date. • Create new workflows and training material for staff members • Offer ongoing training in the use of medical software for medical staff. • Create periodic crystal reports for monthly and quarterly meetings • Supervise assist with yearly audits • Medical records custody • Referrals coordinator • Front desk receptionist • Collection of payments • Assist patients with financial credit lines applications • Manage and lead new projects implementations • Supervise HIPPA compliance and safety regulations
• Help with tax preparation, bookkeeping and payroll duties • Perform translation of legal documents Spanish-English • Fill out immigration forms • Answer phones, schedule appointments, receive and process payments, electronic filing.
