• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams at companies like Facebook, Oculus, and Instagram to support AI labelling initiatives. • Create high-performance, reusable code for components that will be used across our product. • Work with UI Designers to deliver compelling user-facing products. • Work with Backend Engineers to build and maintain API, data pipeline.
•Verify the market value of portfolio •Prepare reconciliations of fund cash and investment positions to the prime broker/custodian accounts and track fund level expenses, accruals, management fees and incentive fees. •Provide audit assistance to independent audit firms during the fund’s annual review. •Assist with business development, client-specific reporting/analysis requests, and special projects.
• Participate in the company's accounting documents and verify the fairness, consistency and compliance with the generally accepted accounting principles. • Comprehensively and systematically learning in budgeting, financial planning, capital management, administration of tax revenue and auditing. • Tax due diligence ( Tax DD): Participate Due Diligence for some Trust companies proposed investment in infrastructural project, planed IPO or regrouping; reviewing the tax position, potential tax risk, company structure, arrangement of investment, tax evaluation, tax administration plan for the contract of project. • Tax advisory: Participate in providing professional tax advisory and solution for clients, mainly include the merger, consolidation and regrouping of enterprises, equity transfer and so on; providing research and analysis, assisting in company registration and cancellation, Final Settlement and Payment of Enterprise Income Taxes. • Tax review: Participate in reviewing part of annual tax audit, reviewing the tax burden and tax payment of clients.
