Business Analyst -Identify which data products are required to reach business objectives by discussing them with commercial team leaders and put them on the road map for development. -If the data source does not exist, discuss it operations team or product team to plan for its creation. -Clarify the requirements of the projects for technical teams. -Clarify the requirements for data visualization and review the final result. -Provide updates to commercial team leaders to receive feedback and adjust the plans accordingly. Data Analyst: -Have the preliminary evaluation of the quality of the data done and make an assessment on whether desired data product can be created by it. (identify data quality issues). -Based on the requirements set make a mock-up calculation and evaluate if it fits the intended result (if possible). -Work on temporary data products that are built-in google sheets. -Create dashboards. -Test final data products. -Make sure that final data products are functioning properly. Main duties: -support the operations and finance team, ensuring the smooth running and operation of accounts payable processes; -daily accounting operations (keeping track of payments and expenditures, including payroll, purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc.); -managing the day-to day analysis and optimisation of an accounts payable processes in order to improve overall organisation performance increasing automation to reduce manual work; -analyse opportunities for process and performance improvement; -provide consulting and recommendations to managers, supervisors, and the workforce on the implementation of quality and process improvement initiatives; -identifying the optimal technical approach, work breakdown structure, resources, and timelines to meet specific client requirements -responding to all vendor enquiries regarding finance; -interacting with commercial team on client relations; Types of software: SAP, Excel, Outlook, GCS by Oracle, Read Soft (Verify, Optimise), UiPath Studio.
Main duties: -provide financial and commercial support (ageing analysis,posting, claiming, accounting reconciliations and margin corrections); -analyse receivable processes to identify areas for improvement; -implementing special price conditions, ensuring the maximum profit in Tech Data's commercial activity; -tracking of KPI and SLA on a daily basis in conjunction with the corresponding country teams; -disputes handling with vendors; -supporting sales and marketing processes by collaborating with different departments for all the European subsidiaries.
