I am a Year 2 Biological Sciences student at NTU with a Second Major in Data Analytics, building a career path toward biopharma and healthcare strategy consulting. My academic and internship experiences have equipped me with practical wet-lab capabilities (DNA extraction, 16S PCR, sequencing assays), analytical skills (Excel, R, Python), and bioinformatic competencies (UGENE, MEGA-X), building on my ability to translate data into insights, evaluate scientific outputs critically, and communicate findings clearly from both technical and data perspectives. My passion lies in biopharma and life science strategy consulting, particularly where scientific rigor, market insights, and data-driven analysis intersect. I enjoy breaking down complex biological problems, uncovering patterns, and translating them into evidence-based recommendations for patients, companies, and healthcare systems. Beyond academics, I actively pursue leadership and personal growth. I was unexpectedly elected as a Head Group Leader for Hall Freshmen Orientation which attested my project management and leadership skills. Being an avid singer since young, I chose to represent my hall in the Hall Olympiad Closing Ceremony (HOCC) dance competition, to challenge my musicality and explore my creativity. These experiences shaped my adaptability, teamwork, and communication, which are soft skills I bring into any fast-paced, client-facing environment. Primary Research & Data Execution: Spearheaded the end-to-end deployment of quantitative and qualitative research campaigns using Verint. Managed large-scale customer satisfaction surveys, organizational diagnostics, and feedback questionnaires to capture high-fidelity market data. Operational Benchmarking (Mystery Audits): Coordinated and executed mystery audit frameworks to benchmark client service standards against industry KPIs. Oversaw fieldwork logistics and data quality assurance to ensure accurate operational gap analysis. Data Analysis & Integrity: Leveraged analytical tools (e.g., Excel) to clean, validate, and interpret raw fieldwork data. Transformed unstructured survey responses into structured datasets, ensuring 100% data integrity for senior consultants to derive strategic insights. • Armoured Vehicle Commander (VC): Taking control and command of my crews in the Hunter Armoured Fighting Vehicle (AFV) during training and missions. Capable of operating the Hunter AFV and Remote Controlled Weapon System (RCWS) in addition to being proficient in servicing the Hunter AFV. • Company Administrative Overall-In-Charge (OIC): Point of Contact for administrative and logistics departments. Handles extensive nominal rolls with confidential personal particulars, facilitates company's logistics operations and tracks conduct attendance for qualifications and pre-requisites.

• Handled multiple projects such as Asian Skin Microbiome Project (ASMP), Dust Microbiome Quasi-Metagenomics project and Bacterial Verification project. • ASMP: Numerous rounds of automated DNA extraction from skin microbiome via Qiagen EZ1 Advanced XL machine before running Library Preparation for Illumina sequencing. • Dust Microbiome Quasi-Metagenomics project: Broth and agar culturing before running 16S PCR for DNA amplification. For QC, several techniques utilised such as Broad Range Qubit assay for DNA concentration, Nanodrop 8000 Spectrophotometer for DNA purity, gel electrophoresis for DNA integrity and Nanopore sequencing system.
