About

I am a strong mental health advocate. I pride myself for being a vocal change maker - the more we speak and normalise mental health, the more accessible mental health resources will be available. I researched and discovered how Singapore’s mental health infrastructure’s flaws exacerbate the stigmatisation of mental health. I want to educate people about mental health and advocate for the importance of receiving proper treatment. A pre-university student, I intend to pursue Psychology and eventually, a career in Forensic Psychology. This aspiration stemmed from my desire to investigate the intricacies and thinking behind an individual, especially those that result in extreme behaviours and actions. On the side, I work as a freelance graphic designer and I like to engage in social media marketing and presentation design projects for my friends and family. I am an enthusiastic and passionate learner - gaining knowledge about the things I love has always been my main motivation.
