👋 Hi! I’m Pei Yi, a passionate HR professional with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management (Hons) and a Minor in Psychology from Singapore University of Social Sciences. My academic journey provided me with a solid foundation in HRM, which I further developed during my internship. At Singapore Power, I gained hands-on experience as an HRSS Operations Intern, and as a part-time HR Assistant at Prudential, I honed my skills in recruitment and employee engagement. My background in Chinese media studies from Ngee Ann Polytechnic has also enriched my skill set and trained me to be effectively bilingual professionally. I actively participated in various media projects locally and overseas, gaining valuable experience in production and communication. With years of experience in the aviation industry recruiting cabin crew, pilots and corporate functions, I’m excited to currently be part of Far East Organisation. This opportunity is allowing me to broaden my horizons in a new industry while applying my communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills in recruiting new talents.
