Technology Consulting - Digital and Emerging Technologies • Supported the Transitional Service Agreement (TSA) workstream for the large-scale acquisition of two major life insurance players. Defined a high-level project plan which includes formulating an end-state target operating model and data migration requirements to transition out of the Seller’s systems • Technology strategy project for an SME lending business based in ASEAN.
