I’ve led £800m+ of transactions and strategic initiatives across multiple geographies. More recently, I’ve been investing in real estate, with a focus on asset performance, operational improvement, and scaling investment platforms. My background combines investing with operating experience, underpinned by strong controls and governance. I enjoy working with teams to build durable businesses and create value that lasts.
- Divestiture of 112-room serviced apartment in Melbourne, Australia (A$32.4m), 313-room serviced apartment in Singapore (S$170m) - Carved out of a UK hotel portfolio (36 assets, 2,500 rooms) and platform (£$271m)
- Acquisition of 3 separate student housing portfolios across UK cities (£160m) - Joint venture for a 704-room UK development project (£87.5m)
- Joint venture with an operator for the expansion of preschool centres in Singapore and Australia - Worked closely with founders of portfolio companies to drive business growth and support value creation strategies
- Planned resources and scoping of risks, and guided junior team members on the audit work
