Member of the core team building and operating Concierge, Sanofi's internal GenAI assistant — a multi-agent conversational AI platform connected to Microsoft Graph (email, calendar, org chart), ServiceNow, SharePoint, and specialized LLM agents (Clinical Studies, Digital Portfolio, Brand, Web, Support). As Data Analyst & Data Engineer, I own the data layer behind product decisions — measuring adoption, evaluating LLM response quality, and turning usage signals into roadmap inputs across product, CX, and engineering teams.
