Since 2017, I have worked as an R&D engineer in the plastic glove industry, gaining extensive research and practical experience with scientific instruments such as SEM/EDX, FTIR, TGA, DSC, and microscope analysis. Additionally, I have been actively involved in researching new product development and improving processes for plastic gloves, including troubleshooting quality issues Resume is available upon request.
1. Performing assessments of alternative raw materials for baby pants manufacturing 2. Managing bill of materials (BOM) changes for raw materials used in baby pants manufacturing. 3. Participated in Kaizen projects to enhance process efficiency, optimize production performance, and support continuous improvement in diaper manufacturing. 4. Manage product trials and support production during new launches. 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams. 6. Support development of diaper products from concept to commercialization. 7. Promoted to R&D Assistant Manager in Top Glove R&D Centre. Being assigned to lead and guide team members to conduct quality improvement and cost saving projects. 1. To manage, plan and organize team to further improve, innovate CPE and TPE glove product. 2. To identify the most appropriate technology to improve current existing CPE and TPE glove product. 3. To collaborate with marketing team to initiate and develop new products. 4. To closely monitor the progress of research projects with the aim of achieving specific targets, such as product launching. 5. To collaborate with regulatory affair team to ensure new or existing new product comply of quality requirement and regulatory standards. 6. Support production line in trouble shooting quality issues (includes data analyzing, interpreting results and report preparation for recommendation). 7. To lead R&D team and develop research plans and objectives which align with management direction and strategies.

Started as R&D Engineer in Top Glove R&D Centre. Involving in research to improvise or troubleshooting production of Cast Polyethylene glove (CPE) and Thermoplastic Elastomer glove (TPE). 1. Doing research/study to improve for the Cast Polyethylene Glove (CPE) and Thermoplastic 2. Elastomer (TPE) glove product (casting process) 3. Doing study to troubleshoot on quality issues (such as Spot mark issues and non removable dirt on glove product 4. Evaluate potential alternative incoming raw material and ensure consistency quality of the product to be produced and cost reduction purpose
Become production trainee in Top Glove Sdn Bhd. Get involved in several studies to optimize the performance of the production plant. a) Study of ammonia auto top up system b) Improvement Study on the latex skinning project c) Study on the latex stirrer motor which can replace the pulley system in the motor d) Study the drying efficiency of the drying oven e) Study the relationship between the TDS in the pre-leaching tank and moisture content on the gloves. f) Study the relationship between drying oven temperature, post rinsing tank temperature and the moisture content on the gloves.
