Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS (UTP), The Federation of Chinese Associations Malaysia (Huazong) and Kedah Chinese Assembly Hall will once again collaborate to organise the Red Sonata Fiesta International Arts Festival 2019 (RSF2019), a Chinese arts and music competition in conjunction with the 36th Malaysia Chinese Cultural Festival. Invited schools from all over Malaysia to participate in the competition and facilitated the registration process during the event.
