Perform weekly reviews of demand forecasts on a SKU level, considering ongoing shipment and promotion delivery trends, supply supportability, and inventory levels. Analyze go-to-market promotion and initiative plans, forecasting incremental volume based on prevailing market trends and historical performance. Determine and forecast the volume and financial impact of promotions, price changes, store distribution expansion, seasonality, and initiative plans. Present detailed reports on each category and brand's opportunities, risks, share performance, consumer offtake trends, and forecast changes during monthly regional Demand Reviews with the leadership team.
