- Support on preparing of Purchasing Order - Material Planning on raw material and consumable items - Negotiate of quotation, payment term and freight term with supplier - Monitor with supplier the delivery schedule - To carry out price review activities for material purchased - Follow up on incoming part and quantity to fulfill production and meet customer on time delivery - Assisting Production Planning Section on the planning and preparing of manufacturing order - Follow up on Sub.con orders including sending of consigned items and getting the completed items back for production in time
- To work with manufacturing operations to collaborate or process improvement and efficiencies in various inventory work flow process - Responsible for monthly inventory and analysis for reasonableness and accuracy with the ability to investigate and report - To perform daily account tasks efficiently and able to meet the deadline company - Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly and yearly report - To management the cash flow of company’s bank account and payment proposal - Monitoring and manage all expenses within allotted budget - Preparation of consolidation account, quarterly reporting and cash flow forecast - Prepare month end closing accounts including ensuring proper cut-off and timely account reconciliation activities and also GST monthly submission
