• Translate UX solutions from a concept on paper to a proof-of-concept stage to overseas stakeholders (Taiwan) • Deliver interactive UI prototypes and pitches in an accelerated timeline • Apply design thinking principles, design/innovation research, UI/UX practices, methodologies, frameworks and processes in day-to-day tasks • Storyboard, film and edit production-ready content for deep eXperts series/other events and workshops
• Part of both CDE (College of Design & Engineering) and CDH (Communication Design Hub)’s team • Project scope spans across branding, graphic, UIUX design — develop a range of communication solutions to support research, outreach initiatives, student centered activities, etc
• Kickstarted basic and special-edition Pau-Pau (brand mascot) merchandise across 12 local markets to strengthen brand affinity and CX • Contributed to branding initiatives through UX research, concept development, and pitch presentations • Collaborated with local teams to support merchandise sampling, production coordination, and end-to-end design processes
