I have more than 30-year experiences in working with government, non-government institutions and with the private partnership development. Within these periods, I have involved in difference sectors such community and rural development, sustainable rural livelihood and self-help-groups, human resources and capacity development, financial management, private sectors development, local administration and reform, democratic development and good governance, human rights and democracy, natural resource management particularly in community forestry formulation and conservation, WASH, public sector development, technical and vocational education training (TVET), strategic planning, project monitoring and evaluation and annual work plan and budget development. Furthermore, I have experiences in managing small and medium grants for local & international NGOs, commune councils and sub-national administration to implement the social development projects that respond to real needs of citizens in specif conditions and demands. I have involved and take over the key tasks such project/program design, organizational strategic formulation, project proposal development & fundraising and policy formulation.
