About

A passionate Ph.D. candidate with diverse backgrounds, including 4 years of experience in bacterial molecular biology, over 5 years in science education, and over 8 years in the field of immunometabolism. My research journey has been driven by a deep curiosity to explore how metabolism of the immune cells work, as well as the lack of the metabolite transporters dampens the ability of the viral clearance. I aim to contribute to the field of immunology through innovative and forward-thinking research that not only expands scientific understanding but also enhances human well-being. I’m excited to bring my expertise, creativity, and determination to projects that have the potential to shape the future of immunology field. EXPERIMENTAL SKILLS Flow cytometry .multi-colors flow cytometry (more than 10 colors) .Cell sorting .Cell proliferation assays (CFSE, EdU, cell division dyes) .Intracellular staining Immunofluorescence .Immunofluorescence staining (tissue, cultured cells) .Immunomicroscope Molecular .cloning (gene, cDNA, multiple site mutagenesis, sequence insertion) . . . . .
