• Analyzed historical income statements and developed methodology for creating pro forma income statements for the Switching Platform Group (SPG) business unit • Restructured SPG’s previous detailed revenue spreadsheet and created a new reusable template, so that PivotTables, graphs, and charts used to analyze data can be generated in a more efficient and simple manner • Conducted various sensitivity analyses to estimate SPG revenues for multiple likely scenarios, relating to changes in customer orders, prices, and volume • Organized my findings onto PowerPoint slides for my manager to use in 3 quarterly business review meetings • Scrubbed the sales data from the company’s Oracle database for errors, mined this data to generate analytic reports, and updated revenue forecasts daily to reflect the most current information available • Developed a $75,000 travel budget for SPG for Q2 & Q3 of 2017 and suggested alternatives that enabled SPG to reduce travel expenses by approximately $5,000
