During this experience, I collaborated with my team to develop a comprehensive archetype framework designed to guide and support company launches. This involved: * Creating detailed case studies that informed strategic recommendations * Participating in stakeholder interviews and analysing qualitative insights * Leveraging quantitative data to build supporting metrics I'm particularly proud that this project has had lasting impact beyond its initial scope. While originally developed to train our client, the framework is now being adopted internally to inform new business development. Beyond this core project, I gained invaluable experience across multiple areas including brand voice and messaging, pitch development, brand platform creation, and brand architecture.
