Graduated with honors from The Chicago School, earning a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology. Currently providing counseling services to children, adolescents, and families.
Provided counseling services to children, adolescents, and young adults at Pure Health Center, a group private practice, at the Lincoln Park location. Practicing from a social constructivist lens I used evidence-based tools such as narrative therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT). Areas of specialty include anxiety, depression self-esteem issues, and navigating life transitions.
Worked with clients directly to address needs, provide support, and foster the development of life skills through Case Management. Collaborated with clients' care teams to ensure comprehensive mental health care. Conducted initial intake assessments of client needs using the IM+CANS. Engaged in clinical meetings and trainings.
