• Management & organization of manager’s agenda. • Conducting external works. • Management of Call Center & Reception. • Secretariat Management. • HR duties: Management of company personnel leaves. • Deal with requests from manager for meetings. • Arrange travels (including flight/train/ accommodation booking/arranging visa documents). • Handle incoming postal mail and calls. •Manage and approve purchase orders on manager’s behalf. • Classify, organize and process documents requiring signature.
•Management of Danaos system (registering Visa + Medical + Contracts + rest seafarers certificates) •Dispatch with vessel's items and Documents •Cooperation with 3 travel agencies, to issue tickets for seafarers for crew changes
•Store operation & Customer communication. •Organization and management of goods/orders.
• Rentals and Sales of properties. • Property database management.
