- Prepare technical drawings such as stowage plan, heavy lift, sea fastening plan, jacking and skidding plan using AutoCAD. - Generate bill of materials list for steel fabrication. - Preparing of engineering documents for client submittal.
-Produce CNC design solution for customize specification. -Create 3D models and detail engineering drawings using SolidWorks and CATIA. -Make parts explosion and BOM list using ENOVIA. -Prepare cost effective solution for new project. -Prepare design configurations, layouts, solid models, production data for assigned design machine assemblies and sub-assemblies. -Support production for machine modification design. -Documentation for fabrication. -Prepare and present technical reports, proposals and machine manual.
- Using SolidWorks software to design Jigs and assembly Fixtures such as hard disk, checker fixture, precision press fixture. - Prepare 3D models and 2D technical drawings for CNC manufacturing. - Engage and work on new technology in line with requirements from customers.
-Developing complex 3D models, 3D assemblies for design of automatic machines using Autodesk Inventor, AutoCAD. -Created assembly drawings, including bills of materials and detail drawings. -Update production drawings as required. -Work closely with other engineers and team leaders to complete projects.
