Too many children are misunderstood, and too many parents are dismissed. It's one of the reasons I ventured into special education. I have sat with parents who were told, “He will never learn.” I have watched children shut down, not because they couldn’t learn, but because no one slowed down enough to understand how they learn. One of the hardest parts of this work is not the child. It is helping adults unlearn fear, shame, and misinformation. Over time, I learned this truth: most children do not need fixing. They need patience, structure, and someone willing to listen beyond surface behaviour. What I do: • Support children with learning differences through patient, structured, and individualised teaching. • Guide parents from confusion and fear toward clarity, understanding, and practical next steps. • Support adults with neurodevelopmental differences by providing practical strategies to manage daily challenges and build confidence. • Help schools move beyond labels and policies into meaningful, everyday inclusion. • Advocate for early identification, appropriate interventions, and realistic expectations. • Translate complex special needs concepts into simple, usable knowledge. Through my work, I help children reach their potential, empower parents with practical understanding, support adults navigating neurodevelopmental challenges, and guide schools toward genuine inclusion, ensuring that ability is recognised and supported at every stage of life.
