Based on my 13-year SAP Experience as a Functional Designer, I now lead SAP Deployment teams, ensuring methodology enforcement & integration among multiple functional teams on complex industrial deployment contexts, mostly for cosmetics, luxury or pharmaceutical customers. For future positions, either in the IT consulting branch or for a final business or industrial customer, I'm seeking team- and project-lead responsibilities on IT Core Model solutions (on a specific functional area or on a newly deployed entity). Working on SAP S/4 Hana projects to help onshore & offshore teams delivering high-complexity projects for Capgemini clients in the area of Lyon. Currently working as a Global PMO on a S/4 Hana project, in charge of defining, industrializing & harmonizing rollout methodology for a customer in a deployment context of multiple countries in parallel.
During my 9-year experience at Accenture as a SAP Consultant, I mainly worked for 4 different clients, at 6 different positions. The first 2 positions are described below, the other ones have been described separately : - First project (1 year) on SAP CRM (standalone scenario) with a 3-people functional team based in Paris at the customer location and an offshore development team based in Milan (Italy). Constant work required with the Italian teams to ensure on-time deliveries throughout all project phases (General & Functional Design, Development, Testing & Go-live). Functional team was reduced to 2 resources on project phase 2, and I finished project alone at the customer location with gained responsibilities & autonomy. The 2 deployments have been successful and the customer satisfied. - Second assignment (5 months) on a General Design phase for a bigger project deploying SAP SD, MM & IS-Media modules on a 3-year schedule.
In charge (for Accenture) of coordinating the main test phase (User Acceptance Tests) for the 2nd batch of functionalities of a S/4 Hana project Core Model development & first deployments at Pierre Fabre, in a pharmaceutical environment with GxP constraints. Coordinating the work of a team of 50+ business internal resources from Pierre Fabre : Scope definition, tools preparation, methodology definition & enforcement, script writing, progress follow-up & reporting, test execution & defect management, COPROJ daily preparation & animation. Extensively used the softwares Redmine, ALM & Tableau.
Deployment Leader (for Accenture) of 2 Sanofi Factories located in Aramon & Sisteron (France), managing a 8- to 11-people team split on both factories to deploy the Sanofi manufacturing Core Model (running on SAP ECC6). My main responsibilities consisted in animating my teams' work, in respect with the project methodology & planning expectations, prepare for next phases (tools, workload, methodology), reporting the deployment progress, prepare for investigations on Core Model enhancement propositions raised by the local teams, prepare for data migration, cutover activities, rollout kit updates, roles & authorization management & coordination of the transversal topics.
In charge of a deployment team of 4 functional experts (covering 7 SAP domains) to deploy a SAP industrial core-model solution for a pharmaceutical factory. As a deployment leader, my role was to ensure that the IT solution was implemented successfully, in the respect of methodology, expected deliverables and timeline, while enforcing consistency between the various functional areas and both GxP and core model compliance .
Member of the integration team in a wide SAP project whose scope includes modules FI, CO, MM, SD, WM, SRM & APO. Deployment concerns multiple entities in Europe. In charge of coordinating integration topics involving multiple teams / modules, defining & enforcing project methodology and migration strategy for master data and of organizing the Integration Tests Phases.
