Profile Synopsis Lilia has over 10 years experience in the Irish construction industry working for designers, subcontractors and main contractors involved in Residential, Offices & Data Centre buildings preparing Architectural Planning Applications, Tender and Construction drawing packages in Revit and CAD. Lilia is an experienced BIM Lead/ Information Manager, setting up, developing & coordinating BIM models up to LOD/LOI 450, producing drawings, answers BIM related RFI’s, assisting and supervising BIM team members in utilizing CDE’s, Navisworks & Autodesk Revit / BIM360 software. She was awarded a Level 9 Post Graduate Diploma in Applied BIMM & PgCert in BIM Technology from Technological University Dublin (TUD, School of Engineering & Built Environment), a Honours Degree in Architectural Technology from Dublin Institute of Technology (DIT, School of Architecture) and Higher National Diploma in Civil Engineering. She has been previously engaged as a part-time Assistant Lecturer Technical design Studio and as BIM Senior Tutor/Demonstrator in TUD, Year 1 Architectural Technology course. Through Nolan BIMtech Ltd., Lilia manages our clients operations to meet BIM industry standards and is BIM Lead on two high profile Data Centre buildings for both Roofing & Cladding and Architectural Internal Fit-outs specialist contractors. Key Experience BIM Information Manager – promotes, lead and manages CDE, folder structure and file-naming strategy, set up templates and documenting specific project procedure. She is managing the production of project deliverables through BIM team to BIM requirements. Responsible for setting up Revit models, Shared/Project Parameters & Revit Families, Sheets for different discipline/View templates and File naming convention. Provides direct support to team to ensure office-wide end using Revit and different BIM collaboration platforms. BIM Lead – leading BIM team. Responsible for handover for roofing, cladding and internals fit-out As-built PIM’s models in line with BEP/client requirements (up to LOD 500/laser scan verified on site). Provides site/project team support in using models, produce drawings, answer raised BIM related RFI’s, attend BIM Coordination/Workshop meetings, address all the contractual BIM query assigned to specialist subcontractors. BIM Information Manager – Leads and chairs BIM Coordination meetings and responsible for implementation of BEP in accordance with EIR. Looks after data drops, BIM client requirements, coordination/clash detection of all trade’s models from design to construction over to Handover

As a member of MMC Ireland, my role was to contribute towards the Goals, Roadmap Objectives and the Deliverables for the Education & Skills Working Group. The main Goals group works towards were to raise awareness across industry stakeholders and future generations of construction professionals on opportunities within the MMC Market in Ireland. ROADMAP OBJECTIVES ALIGNED WITH GOALS the Education & Skills Working Group works towards were: - Support industry MMC upskilling with accessible content on the capability and innovative approach of MMC Ireland Members - Raise awareness on MMC with the public and educational bodies, via industry collaboration and media channels The Target Outcomes the Education & Skills Working Group works towards were: - To educate relevant stakeholders - Construction Professionals, Main Contractors, Developers - To ensure the decision makers and change drivers in the leading tier one and two companies at each stage of procurement process understand the MMC Market in terms of options, capacity and specifics around benefits and risks. - Government Departments and Agencies - Formal Education - Influence how MMC is incorporated within education and Skills training. Define the competency and skill needs for MMC.
