Involved in the development of new products, within cross-functional project teams: - Process development lead: activities planning, strategy definition for process evaluation/validation, identification of critical process parameters, feasibility studies, batches production at pilot and manufacturing scale in GMP environment - Problem solving and management of root-cause investigations (finished products analysis, manufacturing process) within cross functional teams using DMAIC approach, Green Belt certification - Risk management applying Risk-based Lifecycle Management process (pFMEA, Control Plan) - Writing sections of regularoty files for new products submission in EU, US (FDA) and other countries - Support new products launch at plant level
Involved in several projects at the interface between R&D and manufacturing : - CAPA investigation within a cross functional team (R&D, manufacturing, laboratory, quality) - Process evaluation studies (lab-scale and pilot-scale) to assess major supplier changes - Process lead in a new product development (production of process evaluation/stability batches, process validation, manufacturing line qualification, sterilization cycle development,...)
- Benchmarking of a cosmetic products range : evaluation of performances and stability - Formulation of new market-relevant products based on BASF polymers - Use of evaluation methods and contribution to new methods development - Analysis and presentations of results
Implementation of stability tests to mimic chocolates shelf-life, identification of ingredients and suppliers for new products development, organization of technical and sensory tests
Formulation and production of artistic paints at lab-scale.
