I am a bold and determined individual who does not shy away from taking risks and firmly believes in the motto: "If you don’t try, you will never know." With extensive experience in the banking sector, particularly in SAP Banking Services (SAP S2S (SAP to SHUFA), SAP BP, SAP PE, SAP DM), I have played a key role in numerous IT implementation projects—from conception through development to a successful Go-Live. My expertise spans core banking systems, regulatory requirements, and digital transformation processes at both national and international levels. Additionally, I possess in-depth legal knowledge in finance and banking. Furthermore, I have strong expertise in consumer protection and competition law, as I currently work for the Competition Promotion and Consumer Rights Protection Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan in Tashkent. My role involves in-depth engagement with consumer protection, market regulation, and competition policy measures. A significant part of my work is the analysis and design of reform processes, particularly in the context of Uzbekistan’s economic modernization and financial literacy. Uzbekistan is driving forward comprehensive and effective reforms with remarkable dynamism, aiming to create a modern, competitive economic environment and strengthen consumer rights in a sustainable manner. In this process, I actively contribute my international experience, strategic foresight, and analytical skills. I have a genuine passion for effective communication, the development of targeted solution strategies, and strong organizational skills. My deep understanding of intercultural dynamics enables me to adapt flexibly to different situations and express myself with precision and confidence, both professionally and strategically.
