Liên Ta is an artist, writer, and editor hailing from Naarm (Melbourne). Liên holds a BA in Creative Writing and has published poetry, short fiction, essays, and interviews for publications such as More Than Melanin, Rought Cuts, and Hoiszn. She has written for Screen Australia, exhibited artwork for Brimbank Civil Gallery as well as Trocadero and Seventh Gallery, and assistant directed, co-wrote, as well as starred in the ensemble stageplay 'The Weather App, On My Phone, At A Party'. In 2025, she opened a workshop studio, holding a series of sustainability and craft workshops for three months. She has also held workshops in collaboration with Đất Nước Library, Platform Presents, Esme & Chibi, and MPavilion. Liên currently freelances as a writer and editor, working most consistently with Asian Australian arts and writing magazine Hoiszn. He is also studying Games Writing.
