    I joined GALL3RY at a moment when NFTs needed more than hype, they needed utility and culture. One of the highlights was launching the Axie ID Card campaign with Sky Mavis, which reached 700K+ impressions and led to 18,000+ NFTs minted in just 3 days. Beyond launches, I focused on building sustainable growth, aka. scaling both B2B and B2C users through a mix of content, KOLs, ads, and PR. I also shaped how GALL3RY told its story long-term, producing the whitepaper and launching a Twitter (X) podcast to turn ideas into conversations. Along the way, I helped expand a global partner network across dapps, DAOs, and media, turning collaborations into real distribution.

I organized a flagship Hanoi event bringing together 200+ founders, builders, and business leaders, while representing KardiaChain at 20+ local and global blockchain events. Behind the scenes, I helped scale BD operations by training new team members and turning ad-hoc partnerships into repeatable processes.

      This was where I learned how Web3 ecosystems, or a Layer 1 actually scale. I managed and grew relationships with ~50 Web2 and Web3 partners, contributing to a 4.6x increase in live blockchain TPS through ecosystem adoption. I led the Pioneer Hackathon, onboarding 10+ projects and developer teams into KardiaChain, and worked closely with builders to turn ideas into deployable products. A big part of my role was bridging traditional industries, like HR, real estate, gaming, etc... into practical blockchain use cases. I also collaborated with product and marketing teams on growth strategies and supported dapp teams through due diligence to help them secure funding from VCs.

It taught me how to think in funnels, cohorts, and lifetime value, which are skills I still use every day, just in different ecosystems.
