Annual budget responsibility of €70m+ and disciplinary responsibility for a glass mineral wool manufacturing site with ~150 employees, within Knauf Group — a global family-owned industrial group with 43,000+ employees, 320+ production sites worldwide and annual revenue of ~€15.6 billion. Operational responsibility for glass coating and grinding lines, technical customer service and product development (100+ people) within Guardian Industries Corp. — a world-leading manufacturer of high-quality flat glass products with approximately 18,000 employees in 25+ countries across five continents, serving the architectural, automotive, solar and construction industries.
