Managing on-boarding customers for Cerillion’s SaaS cloud-based billing application for subscription services ‘Skyline’. Setting up new Product requests and identifying new features that will be put on the Roadmap. Understanding clients’ business model and working closely with them on setting up requirements. Adapting Cerillion’s product to clients’ business needs. Responsible for customisation, configuration, migration and deployment of the tool from day one until go Live. Expertise in Change Requests and Enhancements to the Product based on client’s business needs. Appraising new Product ideas and defining business processes. Managing communication between internal and external stakeholders. Hands-on training and consultation on client site. Acting as the main point of contact for a big UK Telecommunications Operator. Responsible for establishing and maintaining a strong relationship. Supervising and upskilling operations team.
Act as first point of contact for major accounts of Cerillion’s CRM application. Managing a wide portfolio of customers. Billing Operations: executing billing functions including mediation, rating, payment interfaces, generation of reminders and reports. Technical Operations: ensuring the normal functioning of the infrastructure provided by Cerillion, including Database Administration, Capacity Management and System management. Running SQL queries against Oracle Database to extract data and analyse technical issues. Managed services: acted as a link between the customer, the development team and 3rd parties regarding Software Functionality.
