Over the past few years, I've built my career across HR Operations, talent acquisition, and process design -learning how to translate organizational needs into structured, scalable systems that work for both people and the business. My expertise spans the full employee lifecycle - onboarding, offboarding, compensation & benefits administration, HRIS implementation (HiBob, custom Notion builds), payroll administration, SOC 2 compliance, and HR policy design. I partner closely with Finance, Legal, IT, and Security teams to keep processes efficient, compliant, and human. Skilled in HR data accuracy, reporting, dashboard design, and workflow automation through AI tools, I connect strategy to execution and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.     Joined Onit Security as part of the founding team, responsible for establishing the operational backbone of People Operations from the ground up covering HRIS, recruitment, end-to-end employee lifecycle (onboarding to offboarding), and welfare. As a self-described Notion geek, built the company's first HRIS in Notion from scratch - including a comprehensive employee database, onboarding/offboarding workflows, ATS pipeline, expense procedures, and live dashboards used daily by the team. Designed the system to scale with the company: analyzing needs, building solutions with AI tools, and improving the system iteratively across every cycle. Beyond systems, own day-to-day office operations, vendor and payment management, FinOps and welfare programs - partnering closely with Finance and leadership to keep the organization running smoothly.

    Joined Cyclops as a one-person HR function combining end-to-end People Operations with office management covering both Israel and US operations as the company scaled internationally. Led the HR Operations workstream for the company's SOC 2 certification - designed and documented compliant onboarding/offboarding workflows, access provisioning, and HR training; partnered with Security, IT, Legal, and external auditors throughout the audit cycle. Acted as the main operational bridge between HR, Finance, and Legal - managing employment contracts, ESOP option grants, employment law compliance across Israel and the US, and end-to-end payroll preparation across both geographies. Implemented Vensure as our US payroll & PEO platform when we onboarded our first American employees, leading the migration, configuration, and ongoing administration. Implemented and managed the Comeet ATS, owned full-cycle recruitment (including external agency partnerships and direct sourcing), oversaw vendor and payment workflows, and ran welfare programs and employee experience initiatives across the team.
