Award-Winning Theatre & Film Producer turned Wine Consultant, Presenter, Writer & Restaurant Reviewer. Libby was recently named as number 19 in the Top 100 Most Influential In Drink by Drinks Retailing and has twice been shortlisted as IWSC’s Emerging Wine Communicator of the Year. After a career as an award-winning theatre producer, Libby trained with the Wine & Spirit Education Trust, passing with Level 3 Distinction before founding Bacchus & Brodie Wine Consultancy. Libby works with events companies, restaurants and private clients to perfectly curate the ideal wine selection. Libby is a published wine writer and weekly columnist for City A.M with her "Wine Without The Snobbery" page and has experience in presenting, interviewing and hosting on behalf of wine companies, businesses and events. Libby’s work has been published in City AM, Condé Nast, Cosmopolitan, the Daily Mail, Country Life Magazine, The Independent, The i paper, Harpers Wine & Spirit Magazine, Sainsbury’s Magazine, Metro, The Buyer, Assemblage & Club Oenologique. Libby has written scripts and presented for clients such as Bright Trip (affiliate of Lonely Planet), the Côte du Rhone, Cramele Recas in Romania, New Zealand Tourist Board, The People's Choice Drinks Awards, Condé Nast Traveller, radio, podcasts and on morning TV. She is a regular wine expert on Alan Carr & Lee Peart's podcast Bottoms Up and the creator and presenter of her own YouTube Channel @libbybrodiewine and the YouTube and IGTV series "Boozy & The Beast: How To Drink Better". She has filmed series “Roaming The Rhone” with Andrew Sheridan and Joe Wadack and “The Lisboa Wine Tour”. With an events background, Libby regularly works with brands and producers to arrange events and campaigns to guarantee organic authentic content and brand-fans going forward. She co-founded The Wine Collective to work with brands and regions on their social media strategy. Delivering on key aims for the clients while reaching new, more diverse audiences and improving the visibility of women in wine. Libby is an international wine judge for the IWSC.
