I am a qualified Senior HR Manager, specialising in Learning, skills & organisational capability, with over 25 years extensive experience in various HR L&D and operational roles, including managing, leading and coaching L&D and operational teams. As a trusted business adviser I have experience in providing performance consultancy, organisational development, behavioural and strategic change, management and leadership development, performance & talent management, coaching and team effectiveness to Private & Public Sector organisations. Experienced in significant periods of change, large scale transformation and growth, building people capability and engagement, relationship and stakeholder management, advising and supporting leadership teams to develop their teams' capability and organisational culture, and leading programmes and projects. I took voluntary redundancy this year from my role as Senior L&D Business Partner in BT working in partnership with BT COO HR Director, COO and senior operational stakeholders to drive improvement, innovation and build capability to achieve strategic goals and vision. Responsible for developing organisational capability, aligning people, learning and culture initiatives to the People Strategy, for BT Business Product (1000+ people).

    In September 23 Liane took on the role of Senior HR Learning & Central Change Manager -partnering to deliver the skills & capability strategy in our Business Product function and leading the Learning Central Change manager team who are crucial in identifying and managing the learning needs & solutions emanating from the significant Business change & transformation agenda, UK & internationally. Liane led L&D Partnering team, working with Senior Business stakeholders to; identify performance gaps, identify major change, deliver transformation programmes, current and future skills learning requirements, to build medium to long term L&D plans aligned to business and strategic priorities, build/commission and deliver learning solutions, track, monitor and provide L&D value add, all to develop capability of workforce, create a learning culture within Customer Service, building a learning organisation.
