Executive Assistant to the President
Plan meetings and events; create PowerPoint presentations for various functions. Coordinate all appointments, travel and meetings for the President and CEO. Coordinate meetings / lunches for public relations officials between the President and Owner. Provide friendly service and guidance to the staff at the Chicago Fire and at Toyota Park. Create spreadsheets, high level PowerPoint presentations, expense reports, maintain office machines and copiers. Order supplies, answer calls, organize files, responsible for new hire orientation. Distribute mail for over 75 employees in the office. Reliably handle confidential material and managing employee recognition program. Plan all-staff office events/meetings, ensure the office is clean and organized, maintain the kitchen/supplies, replace and fix furniture, update artwork and remodel office areas as needed.
