• Responsible for building/maintaining servers, workstation images, render farms, and network switches throughout their lifecycle. • Coordinate support for global services hosted locally in New York. • Systems performance monitoring and optimization. • Collaborate with Global IT and Core Engineering teams to resolve complex issues and design company-wide solutions. • Mentoring and training of new team members. • Configuration and maintenance of Directory Services (AD, LDAP, and NIS) and client-side authentication. • Remediation of vulnerabilities on a monthly basis in collaboration with the Global Security Team. • Configuration and management of network switches/routers.. • Management of Microsoft Active Directory and Domain Controllers. • Integration/debugging of system-wide wrappers and environmental variables. • Responsible for collaborating with Engineering teams at other sites for global projects.
• Provided technical support for Unix systems (Linux and MacOS). • Supported and maintained infrastructure for Linux and MacOS machines. • Worked with the local and global teams to design, develop and implement/install software tools. • Developed methods to streamline workflow and increase job efficiency within budget and technical limitations. • Researched and built solutions to automate routine tasks.
