I am a Polymer Engineer and MBA with over 20 years of experience in the plastic manufacturing industry, having led major projects in pipe extrusion, factory setup, and B2B operations across Vietnam. My journey has taken me from being a hands-on technical engineer at NIKE shoe factory, Binh Minh Plastics, to managing multimillion-dollar plant setups and serving as CEO of Stroman (a Tan A Dai Thanh Group subsidiary), where I scaled operations and tripled sales within 18 months. May 2024 – Present Established Vinplas to specialize in thermal packaging solutions for cold chain logistics, particularly insulated pallet covers. Partnered with Vietnam’s largest insulation OEM, to export high-quality MPET/PE bubble foil pallet covers. Built Vinplas' international trade operations, targeting F&B, pharmaceutical, and logistics sectors in the U.S. and EU markets. Personally handled quality audits, pricing strategy, and key account development with global clients.
